This product is either junk or I had a bad lot. Its only lasts for 10 minutes with minimal effects. Definitely not the same as Septocaine or Zircaine. Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received anesthetic that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Hey Dental of the customer's concerns. Hey Dental provided a prepaid label to return the product for a full refund.

Since I started using Articaine, I have not had any problems with ineffective infiltrations or missed blocks. Use much less anesthetic for same results as Lidocaine. Also , no problems with paraesthesia from mandibular blocks using smaller doses. A little more expensive than Lidocaine but well worht it!
