I have received the product however just like the other reviewer wrote it came wet, contaminated and discolored. Perhaps a bad batch?!? I have contacted the vendor and they asked me to send the pictures of product which I did but no response from them. I would like to receive a refund please. We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from River Dental Supplies. Net32 notified River Dental Supplies of the customer's concerns. River Dental Supplies refunded the customer in full. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

WARNING!! Severe infections on all patients we used this on. Net32 Response (3/20/25): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with the product from Dentify.
