As an "elder" of the dental community I came late (about 10 years ago) into the usage of Articaine for dental anesthetic blocks and diffusion situations. This particular Septocaine product glides as you compress the syringe and makes aspiration and injection effortless. I've used the generic brands here on Net32 and they're ok if you're on a strict budget, but really - when you can get the best at a significant discount why fool with a knock-off? 'Nuff said.
