I have used Articanine 4% with 1:100,000 epi for many years. I am impressed with the efficacy of numbness with good working time and profound anesthesia. Many times a buccal infiltration will work over to the lingual also. Good price and great product are a good combination. Try it you'll like it. Be aware that some bruising in the check area has been seen on a few patients.
