Reminder to self....surface needs to be wet for 3 mins to be effective according to the label. I don't think that we always use these chemicals the way they are labeled...good to read directions!

I ordered these. After shipping took so long, it arrived with no spray heads. What a waste of time. Net32 Response (8/6/24): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Hey Dental. Net32 notified Hey Dental of the customer's concerns. This product looks like a normal CaviCide bottle in the picture but the product I received looks totally different (different label, size, etc)! How can I trust that the product inside the bottle is truly what I ordered if the product looks different? This is false advertising and should be removed from the website. Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received disinfectant that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Top Dent of the customer's concerns. Top Dent provided a prepaid label to return the product to Top Dent for a full refund.
