Net32 Response (3/11/21): We are sorry that the customer received anesthetic that did not meet expectations. Net32 investigated the customer's concerns. It appears that the customer received Quala Lidocaine HCL 2% (Manufacturer Code: 08-A0100) from River Dental Supplies. Quala appears to be manufactured by Septodont and Distributed by NDC, Inc. Substitutions are strictly prohibited by Net32. River Dental Supplies was removed from selling the product and Net32 provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to River Dental Supplies for a full refund.
