the box was close with tape and inside were three different type of anesthetic, one was carbocaine 3% and the expiration date was may 2018, 2 panels of the lidocaine and 2 of septocaine Net32 Response: Net32 notified Hey Dental of the issue. It appears that there had been an error in picking/shipping the product and Hey Dental sent the customer a replacement at no charge.
