This lidocaine has about half the lifespan of other lidocaine that I have used. Do not order it unless you want infiltrations that don't work, and patients begging for more anesthesia half way through simple short procedures. Net32 response: This is an extremely popular name brand product with outstanding reviews. It is possible that the anesthetic was subjected to extreme cold in transport or there was some level of patient intolerance. LV Dental Supply ruled out expiry date as cause in that the product had a 12-2018 expiry date. LV Dental declined to refund the doctor. Net32 sent 4 boxes of Cook-Waite Lidocaine to replace the underperforming product.

Face it. Your choice of brands of anesthetic are few. Cook-Waite seems to have better QC, because some of the house brand anesthetic cartridges don't fit in the aspirating syringe. I have never had that problem with Cook-Waite products. I couldn't do dentistry without it.
