This product started mixing the impression material, but then stopped halfway through mixing. We had to go to another room and start over. It wasn't just one tip, it was about 4 out of 5 tips that messed up. I tried contacting Net 32 for a return or a refund, but they are not answering their phones right now. I keep getting a generic email saying they received my request, but still have not gotten a return authorization.
Net32 Response (9/25/20): We are sorry that the customer received tips that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified LV Dental Supply of the customer's concerns and provided a prepaid label for the customer to return the product to Net32 for review. It appears the incorrect product was sent to the customer by LV Dental Supply. LV Dental Supply has been removed from selling the product until Net32 receives assurance from LV Dental Supply that future shipments will not be substituted. The customer has been refunded in full. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
