Does not fit the "holes" on the clamp
Had to use a drill and shave the ends of this to fit the standard rubber dam clamps.

Not great, wont let go of the clamp
I had to adjust them with a diamond bur and remove the deep groove on the tines because I could get the rubber dam clamp in but couldnt get the forceps to let go.
