Was sent the wrong product
We ordered Filtek Z250 and was sent the wrong product. Apparently they were out of the product i ordered and just sent something in its place. This is the second complaint about the same seller I've seen. Very inconvenient.
Net32 Response: Net32 has removed the vendor (First Dent Supply) from selling this product. The customer has been refunded in full.

Bait and switch!
The listing was for a Microhybrid. The order I received is a Nanohybrid. The microhybrid is a better composite. The seller is defrauding customer!
Net32 Response: Net32 notified First Dent Supply of the customer's concern. First Dent Supply apologized, provided a prepaid label to return the incorrect product and shipped out the correct product to the customer. We are sorry for the vendor's mixup and any inconvenience caused to the customer.

got a different product
it is listed as a Microhybrid, the order came a Nanohybrid, and that was not the first time, i just didn't pay attention to the previous orders, and i opened the boxes and start using them, it looks totally a different material, the Nanohybrid is sticky and hard to condense and polish. they should change the listing if they don't have the Microhybrid anymore.
